That Time
It’s amazing how cold that one is to me
But that’s just how they grew to be
I realize that is just a way one’s grown
How afraid we are of the unknown
I remember when it wasn’t a big deal
They said “why can’t people just say what they feel”
So when time comes to reveal that side
All they do is run and hide
I’m at the door, waiting for them
They’ve ran away, but here I am
Mistake, Awake
We love, we hate, we make
We loate, we spite, we fake
We misunderstand
We uncomprehend
We complicate
We contemplate
We mistake
Then we wake
To You and Me
How cruel could you be?
Then I saw how you were to me
So cold, so broken
Misunderstood, outspoken
In a place you could never hold
To steel yourself, in time you mold
To the you I once knew
A love once, wings flew
Forever you push aside
It’s held here, inside
Weaving Heart
We've met,
Many times
We've spoke,
Once every night
We've touched,
Our hearts
We've fought,
Burning with rage
We've let go,
Without much words
We've lived,
Without the other
We've known,
All this time
We've fallen,
For each other
Part Two: The Hero in the Shadows
A black shadow silently but hastily stepped their way towards another. Dressed in all black, the subordinate knelt in front of his superior bowing his head as he gave his report.
"Damascus sir, Jin has begun the confrontation at the southern gates. The Lou Army has surrounded Eastern and Western Gates and is waiting for the signal."
"It's time then."
The superior stepped into the light shining down from a single opening in the brick enclosure. An elderly man with grey hair, a black grab, and an arsenal of small blades on his waist stood calm and ready for his task at hand. Among his waistband of blades wa
Part One: The Hero at the Gate
"If there is one person that can defeat me. Then the Army of Lou will retreat, by direct command of the Emperor's Hand after his death."
The one making the proclamation stood tall with his country's banner waving behind him. He possessed no sword or weapon. His only armament was two golden gauntlets which covered his entire forearm. There was nothing fancy in its design; in fact its smooth yet rigid design was made purely for combat. Although an army thousands stood ready behind him prepared to give their lives to storm the single gate leading into the great Light Capital he was determined to see this conflict

Wings of Genesis: Crossroads Part 2
The windless sunny midday afternoon erupted with cries and screams of metal being torn apart by streaming yellow bullets in the clear blue skies. Fields of fresh cut grass just hours before were upturned as a slender version of a black Armored Core landed with an earth shattering sonic boom which sent chunks of earth into the air. Then, as if time suspended for a few seconds, the AC bent its legs, lowered its center of gravity, and with a high pitched hiss screaming across the fields of grass the machine bolted in one direction with a flash of white light.
"Surround and disable it! It's only one unit!" ba

Backstory: Crossroads Part 1
An explosion rattled the inner chambers of a dark hanger. A young man rose to his feet as the ceiling above was torn apart by a large black figure rising off in the distance. The orange glow from earlier explosions revealed the shape of its silhouette to be not of this world. Although humanoid in design it looked alien to the pair of eyes witnessing its awakening. It rose from the ground as if it were rising on its hind legs. In what appeared to be a standard humanoid designed arm it held a long pole it used to support itself.
“Anubis” he said to himself, watching in disbelief.

Simple Words
My thoughts, are crystal clear
Of you, I want right here
The one, I want near
We'll fuss, we'll fight, we'll sneer
A future, we both fear
I stress, a thought of you
So clear, your voice I knew
But you, a face unknown
How far, how much you've grown
To too much, we both are prone
When all is said and done
Will you stay or will you run?
